How can you protect yourself?
You can help protect yourself with everyday preventive actions

Wash your hands often with soap and water at least 20 seconds.

Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol (if soap and water is not available)

Wear self-protective equipment such as GLOVES, SURGICAL/MEDICAL FACE MASK.

Cover your coughs and sneezes.

When sick, stay in a specific room and away from other people in you home.

Make sure you disinfect bathroom before using.

Do not handle pets or other animals while sick.

Do not share dishes, drinking glasses, cups, eating utensil, towels, or bedding with other people.

Clean all counters, tabletops, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, toilets, phones, keyboards, tablets, and bedside tables using disinfectant supplies.

What is COVID-19 or Coronavirus?
It is a type of Respiratory Illness that can be spread from person to person.
It was emerged from an animal source; but is now spreading from person to person.
How does COVID-19 or Coronavirus spread?
It can be easily spread through:

Between person to person within 6 feet

Through droplets from infected coughs or sneezes.

By touching surface or objects that has virus then touching their mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes.
What you should do when you recently traveled outside the country?
If you traveled from an affected area, there are some precautionary measures.

We required to self-quarantine up to 14 days. To ensure if there’s any symptoms during those periods.

When symptoms occur, seek medical advice by calling your healthcare provider BEFORE YOU GO; they will give you instructions how to get care without exposing other people. Let them know about your travel and your symptoms.
