What are the qualities Caring Heart has, that other agencies doesn't have ?

Although every situation is different, it is important to realize when a loved one needs constant supervision.
Some patients just need companionship for light house work, others may need more comprehensive care such as transferring, bathing, assisting with exercises, accompanying to doctor/personal appointment, and this may apply when they can no longer do tasks on their own.
HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY LOVED ONE NEEDS AN IN-HOME CARE SERVICE ?
There are many advantages working with home care agencies than a private caregiver.
We are certain that agencies work better than a private caregiver. Home Care Agencies can provide immediate care, accepts different types of financial means, caregivers are insured and bonded, background check and screening, home care aide registered and well-trained. While, most private caregivers does not have proper documentations to be working as a caregiver.
IS it best to work with home care agency like caring heart, or hire a private caregiver ?

Yes, we have several contract agreements for our clients and their families to sign before service begins.
We have two types of contract: special and generic. Special contracts, is a specific form that consists of client's requested agreement and discussed service options with Caring Heart Home Care. While, Generic contract, is a non-specific form of agreement between client and Caring Heart Home Care. However, contracts aren't restrictive and do not obligate clients to work with us long term.
is there a contract i have to sign before working with caring heart home care ?

Many of our caregivers has years of experience. Ranging from nurse assistants, home maker and other certified personnel.
We hire caregivers who are home care certified and well-trained, and they go through comprehensive background check and reference investigation. If we have an inexperience applicant, we offer them our in-home training and home care registry processing. We make sure that our caregivers are registered and trained before we send them out for care giving duties.
HOW DOES CARING HEART CHOOSES THEIR CAREGIVERS ?
Of course we do! Most of our caregivers are Bilingual; Japanese, Spanish, Tagalog, etc..
When hiring caregivers, we'd like to know if they speak any other languages than English. It's a plus when they are, it's a big advantage for a caregiver to speak more than one language; in case clients don't speak English or would prefer their first language than English to communicate better.
DO YOU HAVE CAREGIVERS WHO SPEAK OTHER LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH ?

Yes! it is possible.
If you will be needing an immediate care from us, we will most likely to send a caregiver within an hour or two. It will of course, still depends what kind of situation it will be. We will do our best to find a caregiver that fit for the duty as much as possible, but we do not guarantee that we can follow any caregiver preferences as it is an immediate care.
iF I WANTED A CAREGIVER TO COME IN FOR AN EMERGENCY SERVICE, IS THAT POSSIBLE?
We truthfully understand that sometimes clients are unsatisfied with the caregiver we provide.
Client and/or family members should advise us if the caregiver is not working out or not fit for the service; we will then provide another caregiver that will go under interview by the client and family. We want our client to feel comfortable and safe. We will accommodate the needs as quickly and smooth as possible.
What happens if we're unhappy with the caregiver ?

Yes!
We are always open for new Caring Heart members to join us and be a part of our Caring Heart family!
